Beryl
B. Byles, Principal of Bridge Consulting Associates, specializes
in leadership and management development of senior executives
in large corporations, CEOs of small to mid-sized companies and
leaders of nonprofit enterprises.
Beryl
applies her 30 years experience to facilitate individual change
and growth toward greater effectiveness within management teams.
Beryl divides her time between executive coaching with individuals
on productivity issues and facilitating both business strategy
retreats and CEO peer groups.
Beryl's
professional accomplishments include an accent on personal transitions
and organizational change--from founding the local chapter of
a peer support program for individuals experiencing significant
loss to establishing the regional office for a national outplacement
firm.
She
relocated to the Philadelphia area in the mid 80's with CIGNA
before founding her own consulting practice 10 years ago.Her
background includes management and organizational consulting and
training, secondary to college graduate level teaching and executive
outplacement.
Multinational
clients have included ARCO Chemical, Boeing Corporation, CIGNA,
General Electric, FMC Corporation, The Girl Scouts of America,
OKIDATA, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, SmithKline
Beecham, Wyeth-Ayerst and UNISYS. Local area clients have included
CoreStates Bank, Crozer/Keystone Medical Center, Main Line Art
Center, Moyer & Son, Patriot Bank, PNC Bank, Philadelphia Newspapers,
Inc., SCT the University of Pennsylvania and several privately
held small firms.
She
enjoys singing and has served in several vocal groups. She is
an active patron of the opera which is often a highlight of her
domestic and international travel. She also enjoys visiting her
two grown daughters who each live out-of-state as well as her
family in her native New Orleans area.
Beryl
serves on the board of the Choral Arts Society of Philadelphia
as President and as a member of the Environmental Network Advisory
Council at Cabrini College.
She
has been a Business Volunteer for the Arts since 1987 and is a
member of the Forum of Executive Women, the Philadelphia Regional
Organizational Development Network and the Philadelphia Human
Resource Planning Group.
Beryl
holds a BA from Southeastern LA University and an MBA from the
University of Dallas.
