PRE-COACHING REFLECTION QUESTIONS
Our first coaching conversation will provide a foundation for
building an effective, challenging, and, hopefully, energizing
working relationship. These pre-coaching questions serve as a
basis for this conversation. They also provides you with: a "sense"
of where the locus of control is in our coaching relationship;
the openness of dialogue in our coaching conversations, and; the
value possible from each conversation if approached with a degree
of preparation. The survey may also be helpful to you in determining
your readiness to be involved in the coaching process.

THE
MANAGER & PERSONALITY PREFERENCES FIT ASSESSMENT
In every organization the Manager's role calls for each manager
to master skills to exercise a requisite set of responsibilities.
Some of these responsibilities are likely to fit well with an
individual's personality preferences (MBTI); some managerial responsibilities
are likely to require the individual to develop capabilities in
areas that stretch beyond his/her personality preferences. If
you know your Personality Preferences (MBTI), this assessment
may help you determine where the manager's role fits/does not
fit your personality preferences.
